A Conversation with Tim Minchin

Multi hyphenate powerhouse Tim Minchin toured his latest book around the country. I was lucky enough to join him on the Adelaide leg of his tour.

We spoke about the goodness of being hard on your own opinions, about kindness, how comparison is poison in any field or line of work, how creation is more important than reception, about art and empathy and about social cohesion (how we build it, support it and sustain it).

It was a privilege to be with him and the 2000-person audience at Adelaide Festival Theatre.
